Jamie & The Falcons
Jamie was brought up in America and started playing guitar at the age of ten – he’s now one of Britain’s busiest freelance guitarist/singers.
Jamie has recorded and performed with (among many others) The Pretenders, Gary Barlow, Tom Jones, Amy Winehouse, Bob Geldof, Ronan Keating, Paul Young and Queen.
In 1993 he was asked to play second guitar for Brian May with Queen and since then has spent a lot of time touring the world with Queen, Tom Jones, Paul Rodgers and many others.
He also sometimes handles guitar, bass and vocal duties for Mike & The Mechanics. He is a counsellor for the R&R Fantasy Camp.
Spike, along with Jamie, is a founder-member of Spike’s All-Star Band, a.k.a. The SAS Band.
In addition to being legendary rock band Queen’s musical director and keyboard player since 1984, British multi-instrumentalist Spike Edney has played and toured with Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, David Bowie, George Michael, Adam Lambert and Joe Walsh, to name but a few.
Steve has worked professionally for far too long (he would say) and has travelled the world with varying artists. He has also written several TV Themes. Whether recording, or playing live he’s worked with Cliff Richard, Ami Stuart, Wall Street Crash, Eric Burdon, Graham Nash, The Hollies, Chaka Khan and many many more!
He currently plays with the SAS Band, Jamie & The Falcons, The Counterfeit Stones and Absolute Earth, Wind & Fire.
J&TF drummers include Gy Richaman, Simon Merry, Johnny Marter, Gary Wallis, Pete May, Mark Brzezicki and Steve Barney.
